Can eye yoga good for your eyes?
To support the numerous claims made regarding eye yoga, further study is necessary. It is plausible that
eye yoga and other eye exercises might alleviate eye strain by reducing stress and enhancing
concentration; however, there is a lack of conclusive scientific evidence to support this theory. There
is no danger, no required degree of fitness, and at worst, you'll waste a minute or two if you
decide to give eye yoga a try. If you have concerns about cataracts, dry eyes, blurring of the vision, or regular eye strain, consult your
physician. Eye yoga and other eye exercises should not be used as a substitute for medical advice from an eye specialist.
