Can you get too much vitamin C?
Even though vitamin C is fantastic, excess of any good thing is possible.
Overdoing it and taking too much vitamin C can lead to a variety of problems.
Overdosing on vitamin C may cause symptoms such as: Diarrhea, Bloating,
Kidney stones, Heart rhythm issues. But you won't have this experience if
you eat an additional orange for lunch. However, it could become a problem if you
consume dietary supplements that contain exceptionally high doses of vitamin C.
